Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

This letter so is diversified that I am not writing it as a narrative but as points.

• In our last prayer letter I mentioned the need for the brethren during the Summer war in Lebanon. Your generosity was so great that it overflowed. It supplied the need of the churches' members and overflowed to help several unsaved families. The church in Marjaeoun (The one that I established in 1991) held prayer meetings every night as well. The result was that the Lord Jesus visited them with a revival: had 30 saved and Sunday October 27th 2006, the pastor, pastor Najib Khoury, baptized 11 people. Thank you all that helped thru monthly support or thru specials or thru both. This is fruit that will abound to your account. Last month, our son George won one of his class-mates to the Lord Jesus. The mission that we started in Southern Lebanon, one mile from the Israeli borders is doing very well. They had a share of your specials for the Lebanon aid also, and two Sundays ago they had their highest attendance of 37 people. This is still a mission. We have a good man in charge there that pastor Najib is training. I won a 37 years old man to the Lord in my office. It is very hard to reach people this ago to the Lord and I was very happy. Our church people are growing in Grace in the Lord Jesus. Last Sunday my treasurer preached and he preached a wonderful message that impressed all. My assistant is still pursuing his education by extension with Louisiana Baptist University in Shreveport, Louisiana. It is my goal that within two years I will have the church attendance built up and my assistant Hanna Hamameh finished his education and training, to ordain him, and turn the church over to him.
• "Good Morning America" of channel 4 ABC news was doing a program here in Israel on the diversity of cultures and religions. They chose 3 students from different schools to sing representing the Christian faith and the Jewish religion and the Moslem one. Our 9 years old daughter who turns 10 years old tomorrow Nov 16th was chosen to sing a hymn representing the Christian faith in Israel. It was a struggle for me to make "ABC" channel 4, allow Kristi to sing a song on the Blood of Jesus. Finally they conceded and allowed her to sing what ever she liked. She sang "What can wash away my sins, nothing but the blood of Jesus!" She sang loud live on ABC on Good Morning America and it went ringing all over America and the whole world. This took place Friday Nov 10th 2006. Our daughter Kristi is a great soul winner. We felt the Lord Jesus rewarded greatly. Some of the pastors and friends and relatives who saw her and e-mailed us were moved that a beautiful voice sang on the blood of Jesus on a liberal station. When the program was later put on the internet, the hymn was censored. Surprisingly enough, today I received this e-mail from ABC news saying: " Thank you… The segment was a real success, and Kristi's performance was wonderful. Everyone was very touched. Best regards, Simon McGregor - Wood. Bureau Chief, ABC News ". To us this was a great victory to the glory of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! All of our financial needs were met abundantly this current year even with the conditioning system that the Lord provided for our church just this week thru Ventura Baptist Temple. Now we would like to raise $ 4,500.- to buy and install a mini-central home conditioning unit. Last Summer was unbearably hot and this winter is very cold.
• Please pray for us for our revival campaign that began Nov 1st 2006.
• Please pray for us to have converts follow the Lord in believer's baptism.
• Finally as we are approaching the Christmas Season. My family and I want to express to you that although in the heat of the battle we do not get a chance to communicate with you personally, yet you are in our minds on our hearts and we pray for you all by name on a daily basis. We thank God for you and we want to assure you that you did and still do for us has long and lasting effects on our lives and ministries.

• Last month I turned 40 years old in the faith. I got saved in October of 1966.
